Which diffuser can use it?

Aromely fragrance oils are made for Aromely scent diffusers, which atomise the oil directly — there's no water to mix it into. Confirm the operating method for your specific model on its own product page.

Other brands may work, but we don't publish universal compatibility. Check your manufacturer's guidance first, and start with a small bottle.

Which bottle should I buy?

Testing the scent: the 20 ml sample or the 50 ml. Restocking something you already like: match your model — the size tool under the bottle picker works that out for you.

These are purchase quantities, not tank capacities — a larger bottle should never be used to overfill a smaller reservoir.

How does the subscription work?

You choose a bottle size and a schedule, and that bottle is sent and charged automatically on that schedule until you cancel. Each delivery is charged at the subscriber price for the cadence you picked.

How does consumption vary?

Four things move it: which model you run, the intensity setting, how many hours a day it's on, and how much air the room holds. A 500 ml bottle in one bedroom on a low setting behaves nothing like the same bottle in an open living area at full output, so we don't publish a single duration.

Can I return an opened oil?

No. Oils must be new, unused and have the factory seal intact, returned within 30 days of delivery. A prepaid return shipping label is provided as a courtesy for domestic returns. Samples are final sale.

How do samples work?

A 20 ml bottle of the same fragrance, meant to be lived with in your own space before you commit to a larger size. Samples are final sale and not returnable.

When will my order be processed?

Within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays. If nothing has arrived within 7 days of your shipping confirmation, contact us.

Where can I find use and safety information?

Follow the directions on the bottle label and the setup guide for your diffuser model. Safety Data Sheets, IFRA conformity statements and allergen disclosures for this fragrance are available on request — email support@aromely.com and name the fragrance and bottle size.
