WARRANY

Our diffusers are specifically designed to work optimally with Aromely oils. Using third-party oils may lead to issues such as clogging or damage to the diffuser nozzle, which could affect performance. Please note that using non-Aromely oils may void your warranty.
Any damage resulting from the use of non-recommended oils, including nozzle clogs, reduced performance, or malfunction, is not covered under our warranty policy. We recommend using Aromely oils to ensure the best experience and protection for your diffuser.

While brands may be mentioned as sources of inspiration, we are not currently affiliated with any specific brand or product. Please note that all mentioned brands are the sole owners of their respective trademarks.

Not for Ingestion: Our diffuser oils are for external use only. They are not intended to be ingested in any form. Ingesting essential oils can be toxic and cause serious harm to your health. Please keep them out of reach of children and pets.

Not for Medical Use: While some essential oils have aromatherapeutic properties, our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have any medical concerns, consult with a qualified healthcare professional before using essential oils.

Avoid Contact with Eyes and Mucous Membranes: Direct contact with eyes or mucous membranes should be avoided. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention if irritation persists.

FREESTANDING & HVAC DIFFUSERS

Warranty Voidance: While we highly recommend exclusive use of Aromely products for optimal performance, it is not mandatory. However, should our technicians determine that a diffuser malfunction is due to substandard oil use, the warranty will be void. In such cases, the client assumes full responsibility for repair costs. Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines is appreciated.

Do Not Disassemble: Our oil diffuser machines are designed to be used as a whole unit. Disassembling the device or attempting to modify its components can result in malfunction or damage. Only authorized personnel should perform any maintenance or repairs on the machine.

Avoid Sitting or Placing Heavy Objects: Do not sit or place heavy objects on the oil diffuser machine. Doing so may cause damage to the internal components or affect its performance. Place the machine on a stable and flat surface to ensure proper operation.

Keep Away from Water Sources: While our oil diffuser machines are designed to disperse essential oils into the air, they are not waterproof. Keep the device away from water sources such as sinks, bathtubs, or pools to prevent damage or electrical hazards.
