Questions about samples

Is it the same oil as the full bottle?

Yes — the same fragrance oil, in a 20 ml bottle. Nothing is diluted or changed.

Does it work in my diffuser?

It works in every Aromely diffuser. Pour it into the diffuser's own bottle; it doesn't need a full bottle to run.

How long does 20 ml last?

It depends on the intensity you set, how many hours a day it runs and the size of the area — a sample is meant for deciding, not for scenting a home for weeks. Once you know you love it, the full bottle is the value.

Can I mix samples in one diffuser?

You can, but you'll judge each scent better on its own. Run one until it's gone, then pour in the next.

Can I return a sample?

No — samples are final sale and can't be returned or refunded; that's what the 20 ml size is for. Full-size bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as the factory seal is intact.
