Questions about the eGift Card
When does it arrive?
By email, as soon as your order is paid — usually within minutes. If you set a "Send on" date, it goes out that day instead. If it hasn't shown up, check the spam folder first, then email support@aromely.com with your order number and we'll resend it.
Can I send it directly to the person?
Yes. Choose "Send it to them", add their email, an optional name and message, and a date up to 90 days ahead. The order confirmation still comes to you; the card goes to them.
Is there a physical card?
No — it's digital only. Nothing ships, so there's no shipping charge and no waiting. If you'd like to hand something over, send it to your own email and print it.
What can it be used on?
Anything at aromely.com — diffusers, fragrance oils, 20 ml samples, gift sets and subscriptions. It works alongside a discount code, and if the order costs more than the card, the rest is paid normally at checkout.
What if they don't spend it all at once?
The remaining balance stays on the card and can be used on later orders with the same code. There are no fees.
Can a gift card be returned or refunded?
