Should I choose standalone or HVAC scenting?
Standalone diffusers scent the area around their placement. HVAC-connected diffusers use compatible ductwork to distribute fragrance with airflow. Layout, ceiling height and ventilation affect the fit. Share those details so the equipment can be reviewed for your space.
What if I don’t know the size or equipment yet?
Start with the type of business and the areas you want to scent. An estimate is useful, but you can share measurements and equipment details during the follow-up.
Does one location qualify?
It can. A substantial single-property project or recurring supply need may suit a commercial account. For a straightforward diffuser or oil purchase, shop directly.
Can I request safety and procurement documents?
Tell us which fragrances, equipment and documents your team needs—for example an SDS, an IFRA conformity statement or product specifications. We can confirm what is available for the products under review.
How are account terms agreed?
We review your plans with you before agreeing pricing and support. Submitting this form does not open an account or apply a discount.
Does a trade partnership include installation work or commissions?
Partnership scope is discussed individually. Service responsibilities, purchase terms and any referral arrangements need to be agreed before work begins.
Do I need to choose the scent first?
