How do I start a return?

If you want to return an item, you can let us know via email to sales@aromely.com so we can guide you step by step, or going to our return policy!

How do you process my refund?

After we process your return, we will process your refund to the same payment method that you used.

If I return an item, how long does my refund would take?

We process refunds immediately, but depending on your bank processing time, it can take between 5 to 7 business days to be reflected on your account.

How do Scent Diffusers Work?

  1. Aromely Scent Diffusers uses Nebulizing Diffusion Technology turns fragrance oil into a dry nano-mist, working on a molecular level.
  2. Nebulizing diffusion is the cleanest and safest way to diffuse our 100% pure Aromely signature diffuser oils.
  3. All Aromely's scent diffusers work via smartphone with our own secured App.

How to to use a diffuser preferably?

We recommend the standard usage from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Working time → 40 to 50 seconds.
Pause time → 100 to 120 seconds.

How often should I clean my diffuser?

In order to mantain a healthy diffuser you should clean it every 2 to 3 months.

Materials Needed:

  • Isopropyl alcohol (91% to 95%)

Instructions:

  • Preparation: Ensure the diffuser is unplugged and situated on a stable, flat surface.
  • Add Alcohol: Pour isopropyl alcohol (91% to 95%) into the diffuser bottle, ensuring not to overfill.
  • Diffuse the Alcohol: Plug the diffuser back in and set it to diffuse at its highest intensity.
  • Wait: Allow the diffuser to run for 15 to 20 minutes with the alcohol.
  • Empty and Dry: After 15 to 20 minutes, turn off and unplug the diffuser. Carefully pour out any remaining alcohol and ensure the bottle is completely empty. It's a good idea to let the diffuser air dry for a few minutes to ensure all traces of alcohol have evaporated.
  • Refill and Use: Once you're certain the bottle is dry, you can add your preferred essential oil. Plug the diffuser back in and continue using it at your preferred intensity.

Can I use generic oils with your diffusers?

AROMELY's diffusers are designed to work exclusively with our signature diffuser oils, which are formulated for optimal dispersion and to protect your diffuser's internal components.

I can't open my AROMELY HVAC diffuser. What should I do?

Place the included magnetic tag on the designated area of the diffuser where the lock mechanism is located:

IMPORTANT: The magnet won't work if any extra force is applied on top of the diffuser bottle, such as plugs, weights, or hand pressure. These must be removed, or the mechanism won't function. In these cases, there won't be any "click sound." If you hear a "click sound" but the diffuser still won't open, try rotating the magnet.

NOTE: If the magnetic tab is lost or not within your reach, any magnet will work perfectly fine. Many clients solve this by using fridge magnets.

Essential Oils

How safe is AROMELY's essential oils?

Our signature diffuser oils are safe to use around people, pets, plants, and furniture. 100% free of all Parabens, Formaldehyde, Color Additives, Synthetic Dyes, and Preservatives.

Does AROMELY's essential oils expire?

Over time, they may lose their potency, depending on the type and storage conditions. They typically last 1 to 3 years.

What's an Essential Oil?

An essential oil is a 100% natural concentrated plant extract that embodies the plant’s natural fragrance and therapeutic benefits. Used in aromatherapy and personal care, these oils are extracted through methods like steam distillation or cold pressing, offering a range of applications from enhancing well-being to adding scent to products.

How Long do Essential Oils Last?

When used at the recommended settings of 4 to 8 hours per day, a 50 ml fragrance oil bottle will last approximately 30 days in our Scent Diffusers that serves up to 1000 Sqft. Length of time may vary on the settings and diffuser range.

Why can’t I smell my fragrance if there’s still liquid left?

You're experiencing olfactory adaptation. When you first enter a room with a strong aroma, like fresh coffee, the scent is intense.

Over time, you may stop noticing it. This phenomenon influences how we perceive and interact with scents in our environment.

AROMELY's signature diffuser oils can work in other diffusers?

We cannot verify whether other diffuser designs are tailored to seamlessly complement our signature diffuser oils.

We cannot assure that they won't adversely affect the internal components of your diffuser.

Therefore, we strongly advise against using our scents with other diffusers.

What do I need to do if I spilled oil?

In the event of an oil spill, clean the affected area and the diffuser using a mild soap solution and a soft cloth.
