Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification once your order has shipped or is ready for pickup.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $175, or on any order that includes a subscription product. For orders under $175, we offer a flat-rate standard shipping fee of $7.99. Customers may also choose faster shipping options at checkout at calculated rates based on their location. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@aromely.com with your name and order number.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. For international orders, shipping rates, applicable taxes, and import duties are calculated and displayed at checkout. These charges apply only to international orders and are shown upfront to ensure there are no surprise fees upon delivery. International delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available at our Hialeah, Florida location. Orders are typically ready for pickup within 1 business day. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready. Pickup hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please bring your order confirmation email when picking up your order.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Refunds will be issued for the full product amount, excluding return shipping costs. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email sales@aromely.com with your order number and photos of the item’s condition.
