What does it smell like?

Aromely fragrance oils are made for Aromely scent diffusers, which atomise the oil directly — there's no water to mix it into. Confirm the operating method for your specific model on its own product page.

Other brands may work, but we don't publish universal compatibility. Check your manufacturer's guidance first, and start with a small bottle.

Which bottle should I buy?

How does the subscription work?

How does consumption vary?

Four things move it: which model you run, the intensity setting, how many hours a day it's on, and how much air the room holds. A 500 ml bottle in one bedroom on a low setting behaves nothing like the same bottle in an open living area at full output, so we don't publish a single duration.

Can I return an opened oil?

No. Oils must be new, unused and have the factory seal intact, returned within 30 days of delivery. A prepaid return shipping label is provided as a courtesy for domestic returns. Samples are final sale.

How do samples work?

A 20 ml bottle of the same fragrance, meant to be lived with in your own space before you commit to a larger size. Samples are final sale and not returnable.

When will my order be processed?

Within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays. If nothing has arrived within 7 days of your shipping confirmation, contact us.
