This is an update to my last review where I was sent the wrong product. They came to my house and fixed the issue. This personalized assistance was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had as a consumer. He was lovely and respectful and the product works and smells amazing.
My experience has not been very good, I ordered the diffuser in white, it arrived in black, I made the claim, and they sent me a ticket to return it but due to my work schedule it has been impossible for me to get to the post office. I told Carlos that it was more feasible for me to go to the store in person, and he told me ok, perfect. I have called him, I have sent him texts and he has not responded. As for the perfume called Marbella, it really doesn't have the smell they describe. The other one I bought is My way but I didn't open that one
I love my Aromely Smart Bluetooth Scent Difusor.
I programmed it to work from 8am to 10pm and my home always smells good and the visitors always have something good to say.
