A diffuser fills the air in a room, not the floor. We say square feet because that's the number you know about your home, and we assume normal 8 ft ceilings. Higher ceilings mean more air to fill, so the same diffuser covers a smaller home.

Every installation is different. The intensity you set, how many hours a day it runs and the size of the area all change how fast the oil goes. On average, a 500 ml bottle lasts 1 to 3 months, depending on use and the size of the area. A lower intensity makes it last longer.

Which fragrance bottle should I buy with it?
If the scent is new to you, start with the 150 ml. Once you know you love it, the 500 ml lasts much longer. Both pour into the diffuser's own bottle.
How long does a bottle last?
It depends on the intensity you set, how many hours a day it runs and the size of the area. On average a 500 ml bottle lasts 1 to 3 months.
Why do you measure in square feet?
Because that's the number you know about your home. A diffuser really fills the air in a room, so we assume normal 8 ft ceilings when we say 1,800 sq ft. If your ceilings are higher, it covers less. The fit helper above does that math for you.
What if it stops working?
It's covered for one year from the day it arrives. Call 866-276-6359 or email support@aromely.com with your order number; if it needs repair or replacement we send you a prepaid shipping label.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery, and we pay the return shipping in the U.S. You're welcome to try it first. Just send it back in the same condition you received it: the original box, all the accessories, and no fragrance oil left in the tank or the hose. Fragrance bottles need to come back unopened.
