Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders delivered within 5 miles from Miami FL. 

Deliveries are made from 9:00 AM to 5:00PM Monday - Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Hialeah FL or Miami FL Location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00PM Monday - Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@aromely.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@aromely.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@aromely.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Gift for wife

I bought this as a gift for my wife. We always comment on how good certain hotels smell when we stay and I thought i would give it a shot to see if the aro-max scent diffuser would make the entire house smell great. After a very simple installation the entire house began to smell like great. I did not tell anyone what I did, to see if anyone even said anything. It didnt take but 10 minutes before everyone in the family to comment on the wonderful smell. As it turns out, Aromely has put out a very good product in the whole home diffusers with some amazing scents. The customer service is some of the best, I used the chat on the aromely website and I had answers to several questions in under a minute. I would highly recommend Aromely to anyone wanting to make the home smell great, you will not be disappointed.

I was looking at aro$$360 and went through consumer reviews and found this company. It’s half the price and works amazingly. The HVAC unit was super easy to install and the phone app made it a breeze to program. We have a 5,300sqft house and there’s an amazing smell in every room. Best thing I ever bought

I have a good sized house and 4 German shepherds and for the last couple years I have been trying to keep the house from smelling like dog, and the plug in air fresheners can only do so much. Well I walked in to one of my friends house and it smelled like a hotel and I asked her how she is able to do that. And she told me about the cold air defuser that hooks up to your furnace vent. I looked it up and found this that would take care of the square footage. I'm seriously obsessed with how amazing our house smells. I've gotten 2 hotel scents and love both of them.

Great purchase

We can't be happier so far with the aro-max purchase:

Pros: 1 week shipping, easy installation, easy to assemble, house smells amazing within minutes, customer service is awesome compared to competitors. You actually speak to a real person every time. The app allows for many settings to save oil and only run the unit for certain hours of the day. We run ours from 6A-10A, and 4P-9P to conserve oil and have house smelling good when arrive home. If you have a programable thermostat, you can run the fan portion at these same times to conserve energy and make sure the HVAC unit is running when using the aromatizer.

Cons: The unit is controlled with an app via Bluetooth. In large houses having the unit in the attic you have to go upstairs to change settings. Not a big deal at all but connection via wifi would be better. You control the settings of the aromatizer with an app. The app was easy to download and connect, however, there are not any instructions within the app that explains all the functions with the fan settings (P1, P2). FYI, if you connect to an HVAC unit turn this setting to off as you don't need it. This unit can stand alone in a large room and the fan setting controls the spray if not hooked up to HVAC. Finally, there are many time settings to program a cycle 30s on, 150s off etc. How much do you actually need to not run out of oil for a month and keep house smelling good? It would be nice if there was a chart with each cycle setting to explain how many hours a month or ml of oil the unit will use per hour to allow a customer to calculate if they will run out based on their settings. However, one call to customer service and they explained on this unit that it uses 8ml of oil per 60min of constant diffusion. So for a 500ml bottle you roughly have 62 hours a month of constant diffusion. With a little math, based on your cycle times and hours per day of usage, you can calculate how many days a 500ml bottle would use. Again, it would be nice to have a precalculated chart to show the customer.

I know I elaborated more on the improvements that can be made to the product but overall, we love it! We have 3 separate HVAC units and will be purchasing another aromatizer.

Does the job

Received the ARO-MAX 16,000 but wasn't sure what diffuser oil to try first. Getting two Aromatic Discovery Set - Introductory Samplers was a big help. We went through all 10, marked the ones we liked, then when back through the ones we liked and decided on one scent. I ordered two 500ml bottles to fill the ARO-MAX and have some left over. Installation of the ARO-MAX wasn't too bad. Not a fan of just pushing the hose through a snug-fitting hole in the HVAC plenum, but it works.
When I first turned it on it was set to a default which had our 7,000 sqft house smelling great immediately. Realizing this was a lot. I downloaded the app, go the ARO-MAX paired to my phone, and adjusted the output. I decided on a setting of 10 seconds run time every 10 minutes which IMO is very nice. We leave our HVAC system fan on 24/7 to filter the air, and evenly provide comfort. This works very well to distribute the ARO-MAX diffused scent.
I chose the ARO-MAX 16,000 due to the size of our home. Yet to be determined is how long the 800ml bottle will last at the current setting I've chosen before it needs filled again.
The only thing I wish the ARO-MAX 16,000 could do, is detect when there is no airflow in the HVAC system so that it doesn't run during times of no airflow. Our HVAC in heat mode is hybrid, when it switches to fossil fuel mode, the HVAC fan stops running while the fossil fuel ignites to warm the heat exchanger. During this 'pause' time if the ARO-MAX runs, the diffused scent will settle in the plenum until the fan comes back on.
I do like that the BlueTooth is reachable through our hardwood floors eliminating the need to go into the basement utility room to make changes.
I wish the unit was WiFi capable, or an add on for WiFi was available that provided a web browser interface.

HOW DO I CLEAN AND MAINTAIN MY AROMELY DIFFUSER?

This cleaning method is a good practice to maintain your diffuser, especially if you frequently change oils or notice a decrease in performance.

Cleaning-Step-By-Step

  1. Empty Remaining Oil: Carefully pour out any leftover oil from the diffuser bottle.
  2. Fill with Isopropyl Alcohol: Add high-concentration isopropyl alcohol, ideally between 91% to 95%, to the bottle. This concentration is effective for dissolving stubborn oil residues.
  3. Run the Diffuser: Set your diffuser to a high-intensity setting and let it operate for about 30 minutes. The alcohol will help to cleanse and sanitize the interior components.
  4. Empty the Alcohol: After 30 minutes, turn off the diffuser and safely dispose of the isopropyl alcohol.
  5. Drying: Allow the bottle and diffuser components to air dry completely. It's crucial to ensure no alcohol residue remains before the next use.
