Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders delivered within 5 miles from Miami FL. 

Deliveries are made from 9:00 AM to 5:00PM Monday - Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Hialeah FL or Miami FL Location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00PM Monday - Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@aromely.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@aromely.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@aromely.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

This unit is simply amazing! Much more effective than the unit I had from a company that rhymes with “Rotel Correction.” The single unit is able to cover my living room, kitchen, sunroom, dining room, and hallway… approximately 1400 sqft. Also love the ability to control how frequently and how long the scent is diffused.

The Search is Over!!

I want a home that smells nice and welcoming. For years I tried candles, oil warmers, plug-ins, you name it. Nothing worked – maybe, if standing in front of it I could get a whiff, but that was it. Well, the search is finally over! I bought Aromely and within minutes my living room was filled with a very pleasant fragrance, then the hallway, kitchen and dining room!! Turned it off at bed time, a few hours later I went into the kitchen and the pleasant fragrance was still there! This is a small device, but oh so powerful! My husband had lost his sense of smell a few years ago. Doctors had recommended smelling little jars of essential oils daily. After turning on the unit he is so happy because he can smell the fragrance filling the house! Finally, a product that works as described! Customer Service has been awesome. They have answered all my questions and assisted me in setting up the units. We are so very pleased! Great product and customer service --which in today's world is rare! Thank you!

Small machine, big punch!

Love this little machine! We have a large open kitchen, dining, and living room attached to our entry way. We have this attached to the wall about 6’ high around the middle of our open floor plan. Overall, about 1,500 sf with 10’ ceilings. This little machine fills the entire space with fragrance easily. We can even smell it in our bedrooms, not nearly as strong. This can easily be managed and adjusted on the app and schedules are easy to create and adjust as needed. It took a bit of adjusting the run time and rest times to get the right amount of fragrance and maintain the same levels. But once we figured out the right levels for us, and we created schedules for the times we would be home and awake, this device is extremely low maintenance. Just set it and forget it, until you need more oil.
The shipping is a bit slow, considering we are spoiled to quick shipping from Amazon. It takes about a week to get. But it is well worth the wait! I compared prices of diffusers and oils from competitors and found that Aromely is well priced and has great reviews. We are very pleased with this diffuser and the oils we have purchased thus far. We will definitely be purchasing more from Aromely. We are already looking at the smaller diffuser for the bedrooms. Our favorite oils are on auto-ship so we never run out. If you are debating on purchasing this diffuser, give this a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely amazing..after 2 minutes my house smelled like a Christmas tree. I have a couple of other brands and this diffuser is by far superior. Easy to set up and great information and directions are included. So glad I went out on a limb and tried it!!

Update to my last negative review

This is an update to my last review where I was sent the wrong product. They came to my house and fixed the issue. This personalized assistance was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had as a consumer. He was lovely and respectful and the product works and smells amazing.

My experience has not been very good, I ordered the diffuser in white, it arrived in black, I made the claim, and they sent me a ticket to return it but due to my work schedule it has been impossible for me to get to the post office. I told Carlos that it was more feasible for me to go to the store in person, and he told me ok, perfect. I have called him, I have sent him texts and he has not responded. As for the perfume called Marbella, it really doesn't have the smell they describe. The other one I bought is My way but I didn't open that one

HOW DO I CLEAN AND MAINTAIN MY AROMELY DIFFUSER?

This cleaning method is a good practice to maintain your diffuser, especially if you frequently change oils or notice a decrease in performance.

Cleaning-Step-By-Step

  1. Empty Remaining Oil: Carefully pour out any leftover oil from the diffuser bottle.
  2. Fill with Isopropyl Alcohol: Add high-concentration isopropyl alcohol, ideally between 91% to 95%, to the bottle. This concentration is effective for dissolving stubborn oil residues.
