2. What’s Covered & Warranty Term
This Limited Warranty applies to all Aromely diffusers, including:

Freestanding Diffusers: Aro Car, Aro Bliss, Aro X25, Aro X25 Max, Aro Tower

HVAC Diffusers: Aro Home, Aro Pro, Aro Max
Coverage Period:
For one (1) year from the date your diffuser is marked as delivered, Aromely will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any diffuser or component that fails due to defects in materials or workmanship—at no cost to you.

4. Warranty Exclusions & Limitations
To keep our warranty strong and fair, the following void your coverage:

Oil-Usage Condition: While you’re welcome to explore premium fragrances, using oils outside our specifications can introduce impurities that harm critical nebulizing components. If our technicians determine non-Aromely oils caused the malfunction, the warranty is void and repair costs are your responsibility.

Tampering & Reverse Engineering: Any attempt to open, modify, or reverse-engineer your diffuser—mechanical or electronic—immediately ends warranty coverage. This protects our patented nebulizing mechanism and ensures your safety.
5. Limitation of Liability
Aromely’s liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the original diffuser, at our sole discretion. Under no circumstances shall Aromely be held responsible for any damages or losses of any kind, including but not limited to:

Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including (but not limited to) loss of time, loss of use, loss of business, or inconvenience

Damage to any personal property, whether ordinary, high-value, or luxury in nature — including furnishings, electronics, appliances, decorative finishes, art pieces, or collectibles — regardless of whether the diffuser was used in proximity to such items

Costs associated with repairs, replacements, or compensation for any non-Aromely products, property, or installations

Any claims for reimbursement exceeding the original purchase price or outside of the direct repair or replacement of the Aromely diffuser

Damage arising from misuse, improper installation, use of non-approved oils, or failure to follow Aromely’s product care, safety, and maintenance guidelines

By using Aromely products, the customer acknowledges and accepts all responsibility for the placement, usage, and associated risks within their environment. This limitation of liability remains in effect even if Aromely has been advised of, or could reasonably foresee, the possibility of such damages or losses.
6. Transferability
This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Return accepted within 30 days of delivery
Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
- For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- For simple flat rate shipping: We offer free shipping to all U.S. orders over $175.
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders delivered within 5 miles from Miami FL.
Deliveries are made from 9:00 AM to 5:00PM Monday - Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Hialeah FL or Miami FL Location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00PM Monday - Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@aromely.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@aromely.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@aromely.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Fragrances are carefully crafted to exclude harsh chemicals. We steer clear of ingredients that might pose health or environmental risks. Each fragrance is safe and cleanly obtained for the human and pets.
It was so easy to set up I'm sold on the Bluetooth capabilities
Never thought that will actually work. I connected it stand alone at first to test and I was shocked with the results. So I decided to connect it to the HVAC system and it is just perfect.
I purchased this diffuser to use as a standalone. I have a 2 story condolences and wanted to be able to smell the beautiful aromas when I come home from work or wake up on the weekends. It does an amazing job. Glad I saw this advertisement and was able to purchase it. It arrived pretty quickly too.

This is one of the two aromely products I bought, and very satisfied with the experience so far. I chose Aromely after researching several other brands because it is one of the few waterless aroma therapy kits that has auto-start function. Other brands also named with “smart aroma therapy devices” usually only have auto shut-off, but not auto-start. Automatically starting the diffusion makes big difference because you want your room to be filled with aroma when you wake up, so you can smell it the moment you enter your living room. If you manually start it by hand in the same room where you put the device, you get used to the smell won’t be able to notice the change of smell in the room. By setting the Aromely to start with high intensity every morning BEFORE I wake up, I can feel the pleasant smell every morning. By having multiple such devices in different rooms, you multiply your experiences because you feel the difference every time you enter different rooms. I bought two, placing them in two largest rooms in my 3000ft house, and they are working great. You not only can set the auto-start time, but can also set the frequency of diffusion, duration of diffusion each frequency, and set different combinations in different time of a day, different days of a week. If you know your routines in entering different rooms, you can program it to make sure the diffuser always fill the room with the desired level of aroma BEFORE you enter your rooms. That’s the game changer compared to other aroma therapy products on market

This thing is amazing. I bought it mainly to hook up to my HVAC, but I haven't had a chance to hook it up yet. I have it on standalone right now and it still covers the whole house. House smells amazing. Great price and easy to program with Bluetooth settings, and it don't leave any oil residue ! 👍
