The questions people ask us

Do I need an HVAC system?

No. Every model runs standalone. The HVAC-capable ones (ARO HOME, ARO PRO) can also connect to your air supply so the system carries the scent to every room — the connection kit is included.

How long does a bottle last?

A full bottle lasts on average 1–3 months, depending on the intensity you set and how many hours a day it runs. Every installation is different. The bottle inside the diffuser is refillable with any Aromely oil, and each model has a recommended refill size (the larger diffusers take a 500 ml bottle).

Is it loud?

Noise depends on the intensity you set — most people run it far below maximum.

What if I don’t like the fragrance?

Each fragrance page lists its notes and mood, and you can swap either bottle in your set before you buy. If you’d rather try before committing, 20 ml samples of every scent are available. Opened fragrance is final sale, so choose with the notes in mind — or call us and we’ll help you pick.

What if it isn’t for me?

The diffuser is covered by a 1-year limited warranty and 30-day eligible returns. Refund policy · Warranty policy.
