Set up larger unit with our HVAC system. Set up was easy. Build quality seems good so far. Unit is rated for 4000 sq ft. We have our connected to our bottom two floors which measure about 2500 sq feet. Set at 60s on and 40s off you barely smell it. It seems to run through a large bottle in just under a month so cost is $100 a month to run, little pricey. Unit is controlled via Bluetooth so you have to be pretty close for it to connect to your phone. We just left for a long weekend and forgot to turn off, no way to do this. Wish it was WI-FI.
