    Shipping policy

    All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

    Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

    For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

    For simple flat rate shipping: We offer Free shipping to all USA.

    Local delivery

    Free local delivery is available for orders delivered within 5 miles from Miami FL. 

    Deliveries are made from 9:00 AM to 5:00PM Monday - Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

    In-store pickup

    You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Hialeah FL or Miami FL Location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

    Our in-store pickup hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00PM Monday - Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

    How do I check the status of my order?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

    If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@aromely.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

    Refunds, returns, and exchanges

    We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@aromely.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

    Refund policy

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you can contact us at sales@aromely.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

     

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

     

     

     

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    We recommend utilizing our oils, as they are crafted explicitly to harmonize with our diffusers. Nonetheless, high-quality oils from other brands should also function effectively with our diffusers. Kindly refer to our disclaimer for further details regarding usage.

    HOW DO I CLEAN AND MAINTAIN MY AROMELY DIFFUSER?

    This cleaning method is a good practice to maintain your diffuser, especially if you frequently change oils or notice a decrease in performance.

    Cleaning-Step-By-Step

    1. Empty Remaining Oil: Carefully pour out any leftover oil from the diffuser bottle.
    2. Fill with Isopropyl Alcohol: Add high-concentration isopropyl alcohol, ideally between 91% to 95%, to the bottle. This concentration is effective for dissolving stubborn oil residues.
    3. Run the Diffuser: Set your diffuser to a high-intensity setting and let it operate for about 30 minutes. The alcohol will help to cleanse and sanitize the interior components.
    4. Empty the Alcohol: After 30 minutes, turn off the diffuser and safely dispose of the isopropyl alcohol.
    5. Drying: Allow the bottle and diffuser components to air dry completely. It's crucial to ensure no alcohol residue remains before the next use.
    6. Refill and Use: Once everything is dry, you can refill the diffuser with your preferred oil and use it as usual.
